Mr Vivek Kumar

  • Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Vivek joined Articore in June 2022 as CEO of TeePublic. Vivek has more than 20 years of ecommerce, direct to consumer, and digital experience. Vivek has led ecommerce businesses across retail, consumer goods, digitally native, and marketplaces spanning companies including Barnes & Noble, Newell Brands, UrbanStems, and UPS. In his early career, Vivek worked in technology consulting for five years.

In October 2024 Vivek was appointed CEO of Marketplaces, responsible for both TeePublic and Redbubble, and in June 2025 he was appointed as Group CEO.

Derek Yung

  • Group Chief Financial Officer

Derek joined Articore in January 2026 as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has over a decade of CFO experience with digital marketplace businesses, with a strong record of driving growth and transformation. Prior to joining Articore, Derek held CFO and other senior leadership roles at leading e-commerce companies such as Wine.com, eHealth, Hotwire and NexTag. Derek holds an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Mr James Toy

  • Chief Legal Officer

James Toy leads the legal and policy teams at Articore and advises across all of its global businesses and markets. James joined Articore in 2014, serving as Assistant General Counsel and most recently as Deputy General Counsel before being appointed to Group General Counsel in 2022. Prior to Articore, James practised law in the San Francisco Bay Area offices of Covington & Burling LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. There, he advised high-growth tech companies in numerous strategic partnerships, intellectual property licenses, M&A deals, and securities offerings with an aggregate deal value of over $20 billion. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Memphis, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Duke Law Journal.

Mr Curtis Davies

  • Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Curtis joined Articore in June 2018 and has since held a series of finance leadership roles across the Group. In July 2022, he was appointed Group Financial Controller, and in July 2025, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Curtis is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial processes and performance, including ASX reporting and financial governance.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across diverse industries and complex global environments, Curtis brings deep expertise in financial management, ASX and statutory reporting, and business transformations. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing finance teams, driven operational efficiencies, and supported sustainable growth through disciplined financial stewardship. Curtis is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.

Sam Nam

  • Chief Marketing Officer

Sam joined Articore in April 2024 as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Redbubble and was promoted to CMO for the Group in March 2025. He is a seasoned marketing executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience driving value creation across direct-to-consumer and online printing sectors.
Prior to joining Articore, Sam was instrumental in leading marketing strategy and execution at companies including Digital Room Inc and Imperfect Foods. His extensive experience also includes co-founding multiple ventures, demonstrating a strong track record of building businesses and commercial acumen across online retail, offshore staffing, business consulting, and commercial drone technology.

Jerzy Shustin

  • Chief Operating Officer

Jerzy joined TeePublic in 2012 as a key member of the founding team, helping to build the platform from inception into a thriving online community for independent designers and creators. In the early years, he played a pivotal role in shaping the business model, developing operational workflows, and ensuring that TeePublic could scale with both quality and agility.
Since then, Jerzy has led multiple functions across the businesses with a focus on operations and supply chain. From 2018, Jerzy served as Chief Operating Officer at TeePublic, overseeing significant growth and operational expansion as the company continued to evolve and strengthen its market position.
In October 2024, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group.

Alyxa Lease

  • SVP, People & Culture

Alyxa joined Articore in January 2026 as SVP, People and Culture. She brings over 16 years of experience scaling technology organizations, guiding companies through periods of transformation, global expansion, and growth at scale.
Prior to joining Articore, Alyxa served as Chief People Officer at BetterCloud, where she partnered closely with executive teams to scale operations, support global expansion, and build high-performing, distributed teams. Alyxa holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
